Below Ground Systems

An important part of MPD's business is in project work, requiring the complete process of tendering to a client-produced specification, selection of the pumping scheme and commissioning of the final product. The Standard range of Pump Stations that we supply now have British Board of Aggregate BBA approval and are available in either Single or Duplex Pump arrangement and are to the following dimensions:

• 1000 mm diameter x 1200 mm deep
• 1000 mm diameter x 2300 mm deep
• 1500 mm diameter, upto 4500 mm deep
• 2100 mm diameter, upto 4500 mm deep

If you have a particular project that falls outside our standard range we can meet your specification by manufacturing a tank to suit utilising either GRP or plastic; the maximum tank depth is limited by site conditions but it is not uncommon to produce a tank upto 6 metres deep. Surface Mounted Systems

The Drain Master comprises a small plastic tank for floor mounting which contains three inlets to which one can connect a washing machine, dishwasher, shower etc. Discharge heads of up to 6 metres can be achieved. The Drain Master is an invaluable aid for those who are refitting kitchens, utility rooms etc

A variety of Single and Twin Pump floor mounted pump stations for single or multi toilet use are available for installations where the floor surface cannot be opened to install a conventional pump chamber; for example where the floor has been tanked or a hard sub surface strata. The pump duties are sized to suit each individual project.
